We are very pleased in having the opportunity to collaborate with Pascal Condominiums to produce and implement a multitude of kitchen designs for their 35 unit luxury apartment development. A stunning abode with eight stories of comfortably lavish living quarters located in the Upper East Side Manhattan, NYC. Each one of our contemporary kitchens is classified by the highest of qualities with a unique twist on cosmopolitan kitchen design style. An impeccable blend of luxury and contemporary living through minimal styling that represents the richness in essential European - Italian Cultured Modern Cabinetry and influences, combined with a mecca of fresh and in vogue New York City culture and lifestyle. Our Italian Contemporary Kitchen design Swing, filled with subdued blends of masculine and feminine qualities was the perfect choice to lay into the foundation of the development. Characterized by its youthful features that set an upbeat tone for a true Metropolitan style in its accordant rhythms furnished through the accents of varied wood texture, styles and elements.

Each Kitchen Design entails of luminous elements contained within the smooth and glossy wide wall cabinets in white, using Blum High-End hinges to neatly secure the cabinet doors provided by the convenience of a lift up system. For easy convenience we added a built in stainless steel convection microwave and attached hood range over the gas stove, installed and sealed to perfection without any gaping or spacing, ensuring the design runs through in symmetry. Tall base kitchen cabinets were chosen to add warmness and depth in a strong and durable wood veneer finish. All of the kitchen base cabinets have deep drawers designed with a soft-close system and also obtain optimal storage solutions.

Utilization of earth browns and rich gray in the wood veneer kitchen base cabinets, kitchen pantry closets and breakfast bars in Clay Pine, Dust Gray Fir and Burnt Elm finishes produce an androgynous quality with warm effects in combination with the oak flooring. Gloss finish wall cabinets in Absolute White give contrast and expansion to the surrounding space giving straightforward and even contrast against the color hues of the walls, while white countertops in Caesarstone makes the room look clean and bright. The combination of durable base cabinets in the complimented wood veneer finishes and contrasting gleaming white wall cabinets and under cabinet back splash correspond well together.  To add in shiny details slim nickel plated anodized handles were implemented into the cabinet doors, giving emphasis to the contemporary attributes within the total design.  All of the Kitchen Cabinets are uniformed in length and width to provide an ample amount of space within the interiors.

Parallel to the cook surfaces a kitchen island/breakfast bar encompasses notable practicality in the importance of the overall design. For a sleek and modish breakfast bar, a combination of wood veneer material and Caesarstone work surface demonstrate modern qualities. Within the counter surface of the attached island we offered liberation in the ease of movement using a stainless steel base sink and faucet for a slight curve appeal parallel to the stove. Giving ease in preparing food and cooking while engaging with family or guests. Ambient lighting as well as accent and decorative lights were strategically planned and placed to balance the peripherals of the space and details. Distinct lighting offers a contemporary airing and plenty of comfort in luxuries for a grand layout with refined qualities.
