We were able to turn this small condominium kitchen to smooth functioning hub with smart planing and prioritizing the needs of the condo owner and their use of every day kitchen. To optimize storage space we selected vertical high wall kitchen cabinets and pullout shelves in the base cabinets. The challenge of not having enough square footage to play with prompt us to expand square footage visually with selecting light paint, countertops with glossier surface and fewer seams. Efficient use of space was at most priority and to solve unused space challenges we utilized slim spice racks and pullouts.
